why is adpi ranked so low? they were the 2nd on campus, are always in top 5 for grades, have a beautiful house/girls... I understand they technically arent "old row" but they're definitely better than how they've been rated

ADPi is definitely upper middle tier, especially after their amazing PC this year. There are many comments about this throughout these threads, and on their page (PNMs seemed to love them during recruitment). Stop with the hate, yall.

...but they didn't get an amazing PC... Every girl they took was dropped from the top tier old row houses that normally would rush similar girls (chi o, agd, axo). Like the person said above, they are average at best. They're not great but they're not bad.

I know for a fact that this is a lie. Several girls they took were not dropped by XO, AXO, and AGD (not all 3, anyway). And if they are frequently competing with these top tier old row houses for the same girls, it seems like they actually would be considered upper middle. I'm not an ADPi, but my awesome roomie is, and I know that she dropped at least 1 (maybe 2) of the groups mentioned above.

Soooo your roomie knows which sororities dropped which girls? Don't think so, adpi. I can guarantee you that they did not "steal" any pnms away from those three houses though (xo agd axo)

I would put them upper middle btw and think most do. Certainly a solid middle. This is all given that tiers and ranks are stupid and reflect an instate bias based on presumptions for the old row. So adpi doing as well as they can given the framework for discussion

I totally agree with Dgdg (love your sisters, btw! Yall have some of the sweetest girls!) ADPi is definitely upper middle overall, especially compared to some other New Row houses. They have improved greatly over the past few years. Everyone who has been here for a while knows this, and personally I'm really happy for them. Pan Love to ADPi and ALL of our amazing groups here at Bama!!!

This is so embarrassing and unpanhellenic! Do you even hear yourselves? People here are just as focused on Old Row as they are the Big 6 at Texas. It's so immature and unflattering. Are all of you new freshman? Because if you're older than that, and still making these kinds of "tier" comments, you're a bottom tier person, regardless of what house you're in.
