Today’s Cuts…………

These are the chapters that will make the biggest cuts today. Don't take it personally it’s a numbers game but these will have the highest PNM return rates after open house:
These will have close to 100 % DDD, KKG, Chi O, ZTA, Phi Mu, AXO meaning they will be on almost every PNM’s list of 1’s.
AGD, KD, Pi Phi, ADII, Alpha Phi will have about a 90%-95% return rate
DG, DZ, and Gamma Phi will be somewhere around 80%
Theta, AoII and SK will be see their biggest cuts and many girls who will end up on their return list probably had them ranked at the bottom but will be pleasantly surprised.

First off no one that would post that on social media knows the return rates. That information is kept very private.
Some houses do have to drop more to help maximize the process so everyone finds a home. None of that matters, the houses that invite you back are the ones that kept you so go in and try to learn about them. They are your potential home. Your favorite house should be the one that wants you and it may change throughout the week.

hey OK that’s honestly not the case. Yes the return rates are not published but information like this spreads. Also over the last 5 years the original post is actually more accurate than you would think.

Maybe a dumb question but these return rates are after philanthropy round correct? I’m guessing the houses listed by the OP have a 100% return after open house round and then these return rates are for the philanthropy round? Also, are return rates calculated after each round??

Yes, the process monitors return rates to check and adjust each chapter's release figures for the following round.

Please don’t put too much weight in this. Every year there are many girls who choose a house in row 4 over houses in row 3 and girls who choose a house in row 3 over houses in row 2 and yes even girls who choose a house in row 2 over houses in row 1. It’s about finding your people, not picking a name brand! I’d rather be thrilled with my house in row 3 than miserable in a house in row 1. FIND YOUR PEOPLE!!!!!

Whisker? How old are you😂? All great houses but Zeta wins that one for return rates. I think Zeta might have the highest return rate on the row in recent years. If not the very top return then definitely top 3.

This is where grades really matter. The only reason why Gphi and aphi are near the bottom ranks is because they take the pretty girls that couldn’t make grades in the other houses. So without even meeting the girls many girls are cut super hard today. A girl I know had a 2.8 going in and was cut by everyone except aphi , gphi , theta, sk and I can’t remember if she said she had aopi or adpi.

So I thought I would look this up using the data from the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 Greek grade reports.
And guess what? APhi is in the middle of the pack. In fact they are in the top 1/2 of the row for retention. I deducted the cob members to get a real loss rate for each house but SK (which I did not include due to their new status).
The houses with the best (low) loss rates based on a percent of their size are:
AGD, DDD, DG, KD, KKG, AXO, XO, APhi
The houses with the best (low) loss rates in absolute numbers (loss of 12 to 19 members) regardless of size are:
DG, DDD, AGD, KD, KKG, AXO, APhi, XO
Check for yourself. These are the actual factual numbers.
