confused ab sdt

sorry to take away from the agd drama (lol) but i wanted to ask why sdt doesn’t do rush with the rest of the panhellenic sororities? like isn’t sdt as an organization affiliated with phc? why are they not considered panhellenic in bama? just curious!

They’re panhellenic however they don’t have the numbers to participate in formal recruitment. Like they have 43 members and that’s not enough to rush the thousands of PNMs each year

Tbh I don't see them hanging on much longer. Their national recently closed their chapter at UT Austin after over 80 years. They were nearly identical in terms of struggling for members and only doing informal.
