Do exec members get paid

No they don't get paid. It is a lot of work, but many welcome the opportunity because they are good at organizing and leading, and understand the experience is invaluable for their future jobs. It also looks great on a resume. Exec members are devoted to their chapters' success, as every member should be because your sororority is only as good as the effort that members put into it. Good chapters have members that understand about giving back for the benefits that they get out of sorority life. It's a privilege after all. Pnm's who only consider what's in it for them will make poor members and a weaker chapter. Tiktok clout chasers are a great example of this and why some chapters don't want them. And Alumnae advisors don't get paid either; they are giving back in appreciation of what others did for them when they were actives, and simply care enough to want their sorority continued success.

They don’t get paid outright, but some houses either give dues reductions or reduced room and board. It’s not super publicized in those houses and not all houses do it.
