Yes. They try to say they are just looking for the top girls, blah, blah, blah. What they mean is that they are looking for the top Southern girls that they already directly or indirectly know through hometown friends. They then go on GR and post ranks that only have OR houses at the very top. Nobody on campus actually cares other than the 5-6 OR houses that are praying for each other's downfall.
