Trolls who have nothing better to do but post fake ranks all over greek rank think they do, because they live on this site. That’s why every year any new pnms who accidentally come across this site are surprised about how hilariously wrong this site is about everything.

You mean Aphi and Zeta claiming to be top of middle/ top tier? Must be trolls πŸ’…πŸ» since there are no facts to back it up.

There is an entrenched system of certain houses that purpurate a myth that certain houses are top, this is based on hometowns where if you are a member of certain house you have prestige in that town/city. In reality it doesn't matter, just join a house where you enjoy your friendships. Just hope you find a couple of great friends that you will enjoy their companionship until the grave.

For fraternities the tiers are basically based on how old a house is on campus. The older, the wealthier. You have your houses that have been here since the 1800s. Then there’s the new row group that came along in the early 1900s and 1920s. Then you have some other fraternities that came along in the β€˜60s and after.
