What are the boys at this school so short? I mean I’m not a tall girl at all 5’3 and I feel tall

I'm OOR and was used to all the boys in my high school being above 6'. I was shocked last year when so many boys were so damn short. The boys from AL are generally the shortest on campus. I had to go to a Jefferson frat to find my 6'4" OOR boyfriend. LOL.
