Jefferson house with husband material guys?

I've dated some of the worst kind of guys from University houses. I can't anymore. If I wondered over to Jefferson, what house may have a some guys in it that aren't players or predators?

Avoid the houses on Jefferson that are said to be the best ones because it won’t be any better for you on Jefferson.

Guys at Theta Tau. It’s a professional and social Frat BUT the guys there are sweet smart and driven and pretty much all STEM fields make 6 figures

if you didn't find what you were looking for at a university house, im sure you wont find it on jefferson. join some clubs related to your hobbies/ major and talk to people there
