i would argue that DZ is a bit more desirable if a house than all of the houses on the row above it… what PNM says they want KAT DG or AOPI first now that DZ is on the rise

Aphi has to face mass exodus every single year and everyone knows. They always have to COB and recruit during spring…

TBH They lost 170 by mass exodus that year. Numbers were shown on the grade report.

They lost 170-172 members that year as nationals came in, cleaned the house (terminated members) and friends of those terminated girls followed (dropping out). Since then Aphi has faced huge drop out numbers every year. They recruit 150-204 new members in the fall… just to repeat the circle, having mass exodus over winter and spring, do recruit again in the spring just to start fall semester with 250 something members. Then they recruit again in fall formal recruitment 150+ members and again do cob. Next fall they are back at a very low total membership number.
Sorry do you call that they are improving?
