Quota questions
by: Future pnmDoes a bottom tier sorority have to give out enough bids to meet their quota? Or can they decide not to give bids out to pnms that they don’t think will fit in? And can sororities extend bids to pnms they dropped before pref?

There are circumstances where a bottom chapter can choose to cut more girls in the early rounds but it’s a bad idea because it would work against them if they are not getting back the girls they want. Anyone coming back on pref night is somewhere on a bid list. A snap bid could go to someone a sorority has cut early on if they have been dropped from the process

Houses do not invite pnm's to their pref that they don't want to give a bid to. Every pnm who attends a pref is on that house's bid list. Every sorority's goal is to match to quota. If a house doesn't match to quota after pref, they may issue snap bids before bid day to get up to quota.

“Lower” sororities don’t have to invite anyone back to rounds that they don’t want in their chapter. That’s why you shouldn’t take it lightly if you have an invite from any of the houses here. They all could’ve cut you at any point but didn’t. They see your potential. So trying seeing theirs.
