new member question

what do the sororities do to help new members get to know all of their pledge sisters? There are just so many girls in a pledge class.

In previous years Pc's averaged around 140 +/-. There is a new member retreat immediately following bid day. Some do a pool party, some rent out a hotel ballroom, and some go to top golf. It varies.

They will force you to pomp for homecoming about 100 hours a week so you’ll meet all your close friends during that period and probably all your guy friends and a boyfriend from your pairing because all the pledges will be beat down together and just trying not to fail out of school.
