Sig Tau is back of the line now since they’re off campus. If a Jefferson house becomes available then one of the bus hub houses would get it first.

Actually it is ZBT and Chi Phi who will be relocated behind University in a few years when the University expands Bryant Hall.

They’re actually already working on a house between Pike & SigEp - Chi Phi and DTD are the two houses competing for it. We find out in March who gets it.

Would be happy seeing any of these 3 houses move to university. Some of these other houses people are mentioning though??? No thanks.

According to official plans ZBT and chi Phi are going to be relocated to Bryce Drive as part of Bryant Hall expansion. No one is getting a new house on University. Jefferson Houses are bottom of the barrel houses and have no shot of being on improving their status.
