Freshman girls popular floors

Does Tut have a floor that is supposed to be the “best” or “most fun” or most desirable especially for girls in a sorority ? I know there will be a new dorm replacing it next year, just curious if there is a tradition there like I have seen at other schools.

8th and 9th floors. Stay away from 3rd and 4th.

Stay away from 2nd thru 7th. 8th and 9th have traditionally been the top tier girls.

Pick your floor very carefully. It will determine which sororities will cut you.

They've renamed the 3th and 4th floors as the 8th and 9th and just continued to add numbers on the lower floors. So many girls refused to live on 3 or 4 because of statements like this so they're taking new measures to make them more popular. We'll see next year if it worked

The tradition of the highly sought after 8th and 9th floors won't be able to continue with the new construction. I think it js only 5 stories. Will be good for next years class so girls won't be depressed because they live on a sad floor.
