culture shock

i’m from new york, which is very very different from bama. is there a lot of culture shock? I really like the school but I’m just nervous about it being so different

Not huge in my experience - so many students are from out of state. I'm from the midwest, and there was not a lot of culture shock. I don't know what it will be like coming from New York though.

It just depends on everyone experience, I came from the south and it wasn’t much of a culture shock since I been living it my whole life.
