There are no rules about taking PNM’s out before 5/1. All houses do it. I had at least 5 houses invite me to lunches, dinners and get together last year. Panhellenic would just laugh at you. You’re pathetic. Get a life! If you don’t believe me just call the University yourself. This is totally allowed.
