literally every rank lists different top houses... which houses do you think are actually top and why?

AXO & PM
Both very involved and involved houses. Both get their picks during rush. AXO is more focused on academics, PM is more focused on appearances.

PM KD KKG and sometimes XO. Then DDD gets all their leftovers

Xo,ddd, AXO, AGD, KKG

No real difference in terms of experience, it’s all personal preference

Order can vary from person to person but these are the consistently great houses that everyone wants.

A major aspect of a top house is the fact that they’re in demand, meaning PNMs consistently choose them over other houses throughout rush.

Zeta does not have this quality whatsoever, especially compared to Old Row. Zeta gets leftovers from PM and PBP.
