First choice chances?

How likely is it that I get my first choice? I let them know yesterday that I really wanted them and told my other house that I couldn’t see myself there. I was told that it depends on how many girls want them back. My house that I chose is considered “bottom tier” so idk if that helps me get them as my 1st choice.
