When I went through rush a few years ago the XOs blew me up before and after I ranked asking me if I chose them bc they “needed to know in order to create their bid list”. I was so glad I didn’t choose them. They are manipulative and it’s so wrong! I made a much better choice going another house who didn’t pressure me.

If they are (and really, who cares?) then everyone is guilty. All the houses dirty rush in some way so snitching on one will point fingers at us all.
