definitely not known to be the prettiest girls. i have heard that their recruitment was well thought out last year, but many of the girls in this pc dropped. i’ve heard that their sisterhood is extremely fake and staged. most of these girls just complain about being in one of the worst houses on campus, but would rather be in theta than nothing. these girls typically can’t stand wearing their letters. there are some pretty girls, but probably only enough to count on your fingers.
aopi:
most recent pc was their best, got a ton of really pretty girls. their older pledge classes did not contain many great girls. some of these girls seem a little odd but they had a decent gpa. diversity is definitely present. these girls seem to hang out with only other aopis especially in pc18. fraternities don’t typically associate with aopi. most girls have aopi for the second choice for pref round, and most of these girls wouldn’t mind going aopi because they are a safe bet for a decent sorority experience. I will say that their new house is stunning.

I will agree that AOII had a stellar rush the last two years, and they have great national support as well. They are also strong nationally which helps. I think a couple of years before was harder because they were still building and then they had an older house for a while. It says a lot to see how well they have done without having a new house until the last two years. I think they are well-liked, they are in the top 5 for grades, and they have a lot of girls involved in SGA, cheer, ambassadors, etc.

I am definitely rooting for aopi/love the girls I know in aopi, I think if they really dedicated themselves to being super involved as a chapter they would be talked about more/more relevant. I agree they're pretty prevelant nationally but all the houses at Bama are (weakest nationally would probably be SK so we'll see how it goes for them)
