Everyone always argues who’s the top of old row but who’s at the bottom or least relevant?

Theta is a strong chapter! They are active on campus and love each other. DZ is a strong chapter by the same reasons. Is a strong chapter - a relevant one- one that is happy, has members return, is active on campus?

Old row has strong chapters too. No need to argue!!!! You can speak nicely about everyone- it’s ok!

I don’t understand why so many on this sight think XO is a top house...their last PC seems great, but does one PC elevate you to the top?
