Yes, your right. G Phi had one of the best retention rates. And no, mistakes like that don't happen.

I updated the roster for grade reports for my sorority one semester very last minute after our advisor completely forgot it had to be done— literally I went through the list and removed the girls I knew for sure who had dropped. It totally happens lol.
Either way I think it’s pretty unlikely gphi had a super awesome retention rate in the spring and suddenly has a really bad one now.

The fall grade report showed how many girls each house had. I remember Chi O had the most, which I guess means they have the best retention rate because they don’t prticipate in spring rush to backfill any girls that drop.
But I don’t think you can put a lot into how many members a house has. Girls leave for all kinds of reasons unrelated to their sorority. Some are homesick, miss their boyfriend, decide they don’t like the school, etc.

All houses lose a few for financial reasons or homesickness, but I think every PNM should spend time looking at the greek grade reports posted by UA for last few years. These show drops and COBs for every house. Some high mid ranked houses have a history of lots of drops and COBs and some low ranked houses have fewer drops than GR would lead you to believe. These hard facts are much more telling than ranks posted here by someone trying to promote their house.
