Probably more "hazing" than actually hazing. They probably do something that's in the infinitely broad legal definition of hazing, but that anyone with half a brain could distinguish from hazing in the real sense.

That is not completely true. There is light hazing in some of them, so I have heard. But, nothing to be concerned about.
