This is seriously a good rank unless you are in state (the brook, mobile, gump) hard core kd/kappa/ddd Connection pnm. for those, there are just a couple they want and it is usually some combo of xo, Kappa, kd and maybe ddd. Pm AXO have too many OOS and oor for their liking... so I would say this is the best rank for 90 percent of pnms.

This is decent. I would argue moving a few middle houses up or down a spot and I don’t think Phi Mu is top,but this is close enough.

Kappa infront of chi o

I disagree. Chi O has better grades and involvement and I think it’s harder to get a bid from them than it is from Kappa. Kappa takes a strange mix.

Switch DG and GPhi and you have bottom 10 right. Top 6 are a toss up

Agree top six is basically just personal preference

You think DG is better than GPhi? What am I missing here? Why?

No, my point was that gphi should be higher than DG. I think gphi is definitely trending up and DG is trending down

Bottom six and top six can go in any order depending on where you’re from and personal preference. It’s the middle houses that are tricky. Personally I think Alpha Gam is significantly above Zeta and Pi Phi because they have a cleaner reputation and a lot better grades.

Agree kappa above kd. But kd has its dedicated high level following. Kappa has better fillers

I’m just wondering what justification we have for putting alpha phi above anyone at this point. I’m genuinely curious, is it looks, or popularity during rush? If I were in one of the houses listed below them honestly I would be a little upset that a house could have such major issues and still be considered better. Those are five houses that pretty much mind their business, for the most part get good grades, have decent involvement... idk, I just don’t get it.

Is popularity in rush. Until we see this year, anything downranking is speculating

Ok APhi. We will wait. Not sure that this year's recruitment is a fair way to rank APhi today going into recruitment. Ranking on future outcome makes more sense to you than over past scandals and the fact that their current sisterhood stands at 200. Funny, no other house rank is based on future predictions. Wow you're dumber than I thought.

@Oh - You are jealous because Alpha Phi is hot and is selective. They are not pressured to take legacies like many chapters. They have returned with their most committed, beautiful, smart, & nice members. They don't need 300 members for recruitment.

Alpha Phi will be a power house this recruitment and obviously some old lady alums can't take it. Hey old ladies - go play some golf or something.

Look around at preference to see who the most likely members of your pledge class might be. This will tell you a lot.
