So people will argue who has the top return rates and I don't want to know which sororities rates are what... but what are typical return rates??

RFM is complicated and you wouldn't understand. It's also NOTHING for anyone who isn't actually in a chapter to worry about and not their business.

I am in a chapter so I know what ours is I was just curious what a typical number was... it was a simple question nothing to be rude about

A typical return rate for a top recruiting chapter (aka has the highest percentage of girls they ask back also choose to return) will be in the mid to high 90’s. Any chapter below that is harder to say since they’re really all different and it depends on the house.

I know my house's rate is somewhere in the 90s and they tell us that we have one of the highest return rates during rush (at least last year), which I have no reason not to believe

If it’s really in the 90s it’s probably true. Statistically not a lot of chapters can have return rates in the 90s

I guess the point of the question was more so how big of a difference there was between houses with high returns and ones with low ones. The chapters with high return rates are in the 90s but are low return rates in the 80s 70s 60s 50s.. etc
