Pi Phi's GPA was below the all-sorority average and AGD was 2nd. How on earth are you ranking pi phi so high when they do nothing besides party, get just OK PCs, and stay under the radar. I NEVER hear anything about them around campus. AGD is definitely way more involved too.

Like it, but....just like APhi, I would bump ADPi and Zeta down. Honestly, I have no idea why these middle tier houses had bad member retention numbers and I really hope these two houses plus Aphi and DZ are able to immediately stop losing so many members, but in my opinion keeping members that have been in the house is more important to ranks than preferences of PNMs that have not been in the house.

Agd is far more insular than pbp. It is an oos and oor thibg.
