They are all right. some of the guys are cool some are huge jerks

My honest opinion -
Phi Kap is really weird. And so many of their guys have weirdly inflated egos because they get a lot of attention from GDI girls at their parties. All the guys I've known that have been Phi Kaps are just kind of weird, idk how to describe it, like they're not your typical frat guys. And at a school like UA where Greek life is so important, frankly being a Phi Kap isn't the best way to brand yourself.

The house is next to Sig Delt behind the parking deck by Jefferson. It's known as "frat in a box" because their house is so small. I've been inside a few times and it's tiny. I think the entire house only has like 4 or 5 bedrooms. The parties are always really cramped and kind of awkward because it's a weird mix between a house party and a frat party, like you have girls jumping on tables but then you also have people just sitting on the couches and it's never dark enough.

In terms of their social life, they do have a house which gives them the upper hand compared to the off campus frats. But they don't have a lot of swaps and when they do they're with small sororities like SDT and ADX.

Maybe try sig tau too. they are a new frat and just recently got a house. i love those guys and i dont think their dues are that much!
