KD and AGD are definitely struggling, but I still don’t buy that they’re on the same level as Pi Phi (who has not had an amazing time the last two years either) and below Zeta (who is upper mid, not a top house)
I’m no fan of APhi, but I think we will have to see how their PC 18 is before we drop them down.
I think GPhi could be argued for mid or low mid (I think ADPi is still above them, but they are definitely above DG), personally I’m predicting that if APhi struggles during rush it could mean a hot PC for GPhi.
I’d also put AOPi in the low mid, they’re about even with DG in my mind
