tut or pres

pretty sure housing selection closed like a month ago. but anyways, tut is 10/10 for sorority girls. it's not spacious or new but location is honestly prime. you're literally right in front of the stadium which is great on game days, you're no more than a 2 minute walk to your sorority house, and you're a 5 minute walk to the quad.
pres is good if personal space is an absolute must. it's newer but people destroy it, people like to rip the ceiling tiles out and pee in the elevators. also pro for pres is that it's co-ed so #shacking isn't an issue... it's not hard to sneak boys into tut after hours but it's not necessarily something that's fun to always have to do.
