i think aoii will rise higher than dz. they just have better grades and tend to seem more classy. during rush a lot of oos girls had nothing bad to say, they're a neutral house where most girls think its "nice" or "just okay"...whereas dz, girls love them or hate them. my opinion..

I agree, I think AOPi is a “safer” option during rush than dz for girls who are going NR. I think they are a more consistent group of girls while DZ is more mixed, and because AOPi is more vanilla they are less likely to offput PNM’s even if they don’t exactly excite them

At this point it’s not that having a new house is an advantage, it’s that having a small house is a HUGE disadvantage.
It’s not because PNMs are superficial, it’s because when you are in an old house it feels so cramped during rush and it’s really hard to hear.
I noticed that even houses rushing out of the stadium were received more positively by PNMs than ones in small houses
