houses following me?

I’m just wondering what it means when the official IG page of a Bama sorority follows you? There have been a couple that followed me recently and I just want to know if it doesn’t mean much or if it’s a really good thing.

I know for us we just add girls to a list that we know from our hometown/ thought we’re cute from like Facebook and the insta will follow them. It guarantees nothing, there’s no background checking or anything lol
