Some people said you put you super score ACT on your rec letters. I thought it was your highest score from only one test

Might as well superscore it, unlike your GPA I don’t think houses are sent your ACT/ SAT scores (not saying to lie though lol)
You can also put both your highest single score and your superscore (or clarify that you’re putting your superscore down) if you want to be straightforward to the houses

Does not matter. Just give your highest score as used by admissions

Your ACT score is on your transcript with your high school gpa and Alabama does not super score so they will in fact have your score
