Most Old Row Frats are filled with friends of friends, relatives of friends, etc. They already know of each other from similar circles. Unless your dad was in a certain frat at his school and is still involved in that alumni chapter, your grand daddy was in that Alabama frat, or your cousin or cousin's best friend isn't currently in that Alabama house, you most likely won't get an invite.
