by: ???Alright serious question here... why am I seeing everywhere that the new Pi Phi house is 18 million dollars?? I mean like, EIGHTEEN? seriously? Phi mu’s house was like $13.4 million and I’ve heard DZ’s new one is $15 million, which makes sense for both of them because the houses are MASSIVE. So what’s the deal? Are Pi Phi’s toilets made of gold or something? Is the Mona Lisa in there? It just seems physically impossible for that house to be $18 million given that it’s not that big!!

I know all the houses have expensive furnishings but pi phi basically went straight Restoration Hardware for everything that wasn’t custom so that probably had something to do with it. I was surprised too but I think they just went all out. Like they used real marble where something synthetic would have worked, etc
