What is typical "frat" dress? The conservative Southern way of dressing is the stereotypical fraternity attire if anything, so unless you're describing West Coast "bros" they're one in the same.

West Coast and South Florida centered school dress like stereotypically "frat"

Southern and northeastern schools dress conseravtive and preppy

No I hate the "bro" look more than the next guy. I mean the pastel and all as "frat" the more conservative being earth tone colors and less flashy
