can you go through spring rush if you didn't do fall

It depends. If you stopped going through fall before pref then yes. But if you signed the thing saying that you want to receive a bid from the places you preffed then no. You have to wait an entire year. So basically if you received a bid that you didn't want then you have to wait a year to rush again

For the 100th time, we do not have Spring Rush here. People who participate in COB have either had members drop or didn't make quota. These will not be all the sororities but maybe 1-3. For top tiers that lose members, they will find girls using a friend of a sister system. This is done hush hush to save face especially since they'll probably only have a few spots. I'm not sure why COB is looked at as some second chance to rush when in actuality it's extremely hard with most people participating "being bottom tier."
