cuts after philanthropy

if cuts for IWT were based on gpa, reps, and recs, what are cuts after philanthropy based on? do the conversations matter more these rounds, or do they already know before you come in if they are going to cut you or not...

Some girls they know if they want to drop them or if they want to keep them, but a lot of girls they are still feeling out so conversations these next rounds are VERY IMPORTANT
