Cuts are every day. The majority of pnms do NOT get asked back to 12 houses.

They probably mean that they got back one of the houses they ranked low (below drop line). In essence it was bumped back up.

12 2 bumped up. My friends are anywhere from 9-12. I don't know bump ups however. In state and 3 legacy houses
