Agd peaked several years ago. Lots of nice legacies bc it was a nice sorority. Chapters have gotten so big though that they were not picky enough. I know the pc 16 from my city will not appeal to pc 17.
Kd peaked longgg ago. They have a great location, house, and yeah. They just have such low energy and are boring as hell if you aren't talking about partying. This is not the place to talk about your academic or involvement goals. They don't care.

This is the same advice people give any PNM who ends up in a house they're unsure about:
Sorority life is what you make of it. If you put in effort, attend events, hang out with your sisters, and get involved, you will find your people. If you sit at home and complain about how you're not in XYZ instead, you'll never make friends with your sisters and it will become a self fulfilling prophecy. So if you go to these two houses on Pref, just realize that it means they saw you as having something positive to contribute to the chapter. If you want to be involved, find those girls in your PC and get involved. If you hate the stereotype about your group, do something about it. Prove it wrong. Don't sit and complain, because then nothing will get done.

How you know if it's a BS self-rank...
For fraternities: IF "top tier" is split into two tiers; IF KA is above SNu, Theta Chi, or Fiji; IF ATO is on the same level as SNu, Theta Chi, Fiji, or KA; IF Pi Kapp or Pike are anywhere in the Top 8.
For sororities: IF "top tier" is split into two tiers; IF Alpha Chi is a top tier, IF KKG or DZ are in the Top 10; IF Gamma Phi is on the same level as Pi Phi, Zeta, or Alpha Chi.
This is your generally accepted rank around Auburn. IF it varies too much from this, then it's probably a BS self-rank:
