As a sorority girl here I think SAE goes the "hardest." I think Sigma Chi has really fun parties/darties. SigEp has fun band parties for a house on Jefferson.

my brother is a chi phi and he said they have fun parties so I think they are really big partiers

Chi Phi is alright at best in my opinion. I think they're bottom tier of Jefferson. Definitely fun, just not up to par with the other Univ Blvd houses here.
