Don't worry you'll have enough time, there are a decent amount of breaks. Maybe if you usually only wear tampons wear a pad as well just in case of an emergency. It's considered rude to ask to use the bathroom during a rush party because it might seem like you aren't interested in the house, but if you absolutely have to I would hope that most actives would be understanding. There are 28 scheduled parties during IWTs but you're only visiting 16 houses so you will not be inside parties for hours at a time. There are also scheduled breaks throughout the day outside of your party schedule. You will end up having time to pee at least every hour, two hours at the most.
