Top 3 in grades:
- SigEp: Top grades, definitely not a top house on campus though. They were top on Jefferson but now they're moving to Univ Blvd (which is a huge plus). Overall though, liked by a lot of different sororities both OR and NR, biggest groupies are probably ADPi and PBP. Good guys, not exclusive like the OR frats.
- ATO: More intense version of SigEp. Upper mid house for Univ Blvd. More Southern guys, very studious, kind of like the fraternity version of AXO. Liked by a lot of sororities both OR and NR, biggest groupies are probably AXO lol.
- Chi Phi: One of various bottom houses on Jefferson. Overall, not the best house. The guys seem nice and genuine but if I were choosing I'd choose to pledge a different house, if you catch my drift. Overall, liked by a lot of lower mid/bottom NR sororities, biggest groupies are probably DZ and AOPi.
--- Note: I didn't include any of the not real frats.

Girls from every house hangout with guys from each house, some are just more judgemental than others. Nobody cares who Chi Phis hang with, you're obviously someone defending you house. Maybe you're not the but best house but stop caring and don't worry about it.

The list I made was just my opinions... Obviously people are free to hang out with whomever they please. People have their own friends in all different houses, in al different tiers. I just added in sorority groupies based on who I've personally seen hang out a lot... And in all honesty, I don't know a lot of Zetas, Alpha Phis, or Phi Mus who hang out with Chi Phis.

I know a lot of zetas, alpha phis, and phi mu's who hang out with chi phi though lmao
