out of curiosity does Alabama have off campus frats? or are all of them on?

There are a few off campus fraternities. They're very small and not the most popular among sorority girls.

I know Alpha Delta Phi has a "house" on Parkview.
There's also Sigma Alpha Mu.
And Sig Tau is allegedly moving into SigEp's old house.

THeres another one with a house on parkview too. Phi kapp or phi tau or something like that

There are a couple off campus. Sig Tau is off campus but word on the street is they're getting Sig Ep's old house. ΣΑΜ is also off campus and there are definitely a couple more I just can't remember their names

Sig Tau is the largest off campus fraternity, hence why they are soon getting an on campus house. They typically get top 5 in grades.

There are a few. Option if you are just cash strapped but really want to be in a frat. Not recommended
