out of state legacies

Actually legacies are not that special anymore. Almost every girl is a legacy to at least one house. My house almost has more legacies come through than what quota is for the entire pledge class. If we couldn't decide between two girls and one was a legacy, that might help sway the vote, but it certainly won't put you ahead of a girl that has a better resume than you.
