sig ep
by: ?What is sig ep considered? Is it a top frat or what? I feel like I know generally what each frat is like but I don't know much about sig ep or who they hang out with.

Upper middle/low top of Jefferson. Personally, I really like them. Most guys are pretty balanced - they can party but they're also serious about grades. They're moving onto Univ Blvd this year so they'll probably become more popular among both the girls and the rushees.

I mean that question is subjective because every guy likes something different in girls. But overall, I've actually seen SigEps with girls from an array of houses. I know some PM's they're really close with but overall I'd say they tend to hang out more with new row girls, especially ADPi and Theta. SigEp and Theta were also paired together for GreekWeek.

Decent house, decent guys. They usually have good grades and they pull girls from houses that are interested in meeting guys not hellbent on spending the rest of their lives in Alabama. They aren't picky about who they have at their darties- that means mostly new row and oos old row along with GDI's. Some of their guys are really sloppy drinkers so they could work on that (I don't think I've ever been to their house without some oversized boozer gashing my ankles).
