will i get a good house??

so i have wanted to be in a sorority at alabama since i was litte. i am going to be rushing soon and im so worried that i will into end up in a good house. i have one cousin in chi o, and a cousins girlfriend in kappa that said they would help me out, but other than that i have no connections. none of my close family was involved in greek life. i have a 3.99 gpa, im very involved with my school, and im the varsity cheer captain. do i have a good shot at being in an old row/top tier house?? im super stressed that i dont have the right look or something... help!!!!!!

Stop giving out so much information. It's so tacky and desperate. As long as you have recs, are decently normal/nice/genuine and can hold a conversation-you should be fine.

Also, you going into rush with a mindset of only wanting an "old row/top tier house" will most likely leave you extremely disappointed. You're not joining a sorority for the "tier", you're joining for the sisterhood and lifelong friendships..
