This "still on first" KD saying is hilarious. Bragging about the geographic location of your house in an attempt to thwart attention from the declining quality of your pledge classes is pretty petty.
Yes, Alpha Gam and DDD had to move back a street t get their beautiful new homes, but they still pull better pledge classes than you, so JOKE'S ON YOU KAPPA DELTA.
P.S. your national reputation is a joke too. You are the best chapter nationally, and that says a lot.

They're the oldest continuously operating KD chapter, but they're not the best. I would put LSU, Ole Miss, or Auburn ahead of them. Maybe even UF, FSU, or UGA.

She made some valid points about the decline in quality of KD pledge classes the past few years.
I guess the KDs have been snoozing too, during rush.
