How come actives in the pnm group me's say the recs don't really matter that much or at all and then on here people act like you won't get a bid if you don't have any recs?

Recs matter tremendously. My house will drop you after the first round if you don't have at least one rec. Your resume is just you bragging about yourself, but a rec is someone else, an actual alumna, vouching for you.

I can not stress to you how important recs are.

There's a ton of actives in the pnm group me, some don't talk and others have a lot to say. Idk it's weird
