pi kap - one of the top new row houses, fairly big partiers, fair mix of southern/oos kids
ka - the typical liberal hating/america loving country boy, i'd say they're one of the top three frats here, some girls like them some girls hate them, you won't get a bid unless you're from alabama or the surrounding southern states or if you know an active well
phi psi - one of the top new row houses, they compete pretty well with the old row houses, take in a lot more OOS (northern/western) kids
phi delt - the worst old row house in my opinion, very lowkey, a good amount of their guys are the kids from alabama that couldn't get into the other old row houses, known for being big partiers, one of the easier old row houses to get a bid from if you're not from in state

Phi Psi is not too good now sorry. They got a brand new house and maybe in a while they will be good.
They are no where near Theta Chi, Sigma chi, Pike, ATO, Beta, Lambda Chi, even ZBT and KS has better dudes than phi psi. They were unanimously one of the worst houses the last couple years, this year doesn't suddenly make them a top new row house

There's no way ZBT or Kappa Sig is better than Phi Psi. Sorry not sorry.
