Yes. If you have a lot of factors that make you a highly sought after PNM (high grades, involved, pretty, etc.) then your chances of getting into a "top" sorority really don't differ from the chances a regular freshman PNM has. However if you have pretty average factors (somewhat good grades, somewhat involved, average appearance, etc.) most sororities would pick an average freshman over an average sophomore. But remember, be weary of some "top" sororities!
