Alabama needs to tap oos for academic talent. Getting good grades at an Alabama hs, public or private, means nothing.

See lots of Alabama HS grads struggle at UA. OOS definitely increased rigor and Alabama natives in a world of hurt.

The only place Alabama goes oos for is Ole Miss -- even easier to get in to than Bama.

You have to be pretty confident and indpendent to go oos for coollege. That's the attitude you see reflected in the oos students, it's appealing to both new and old row. JMHO

Please make sure to use correct grammar when you post. Grammar lesson: we're is a shortened way of saying we are, it's called a contraction. So, the sentence above should read: "who were the most sought after PNM's". Silly APhi, focus on school and not partying, you might learn something!
